Mark Scharenbroich
Bio
Mark Scharenbroich is an Emmy Award–winning speaker and a member of the National Speakers Association Hall of Fame. Author of the award-winning book Nice Bike – Making Meaningful Connections on the Road of Life, Mark has spent his career helping leaders build stronger cultures through the power of acknowledgement and authentic connection. He has delivered thousands of presentations across North America — but is especially honored to be speaking to a Minnesota audience.
Mark is a native Minnesotan. He has walked the headwaters of the Mississippi, camped in the BWCA, knows how to pronounce Wayzata, survived four Vikings Super Bowl losses, loves Tater Tot Hotdish, has manned a booth at the State Fair delivering food-on-a-stick, taken a photo with Paul Bunyan in Bemidji, knows for a fact that walleye is the best fish in the world and is a devoted fan of Minnesota meat raffles… just to name a few, for cripes sake.

Hannah L. Ubl is a speaker and consultant with extensive experience in strategy development and public speaking training for organizations across multiple industries. As a keynote speaker with a background steeped in sociology studies, she is invaluable to any organization looking to improve management, leadership, and workplace culture. Hannah is sought-after for her unique insight and ability to help organizations navigate the perils of a changing workforce (all while having a bit of fun!)
As co-founder of Good Company Consulting, Hannah draws on her 15 years of work in human resources, consulting, and keynote speaking to deliver a message that shows how everyone can contribute to a work environment that doesn’t inspire the dreaded Sunday scaries. Fueled by her passion for research and understanding, she is forever analyzing content to bring the most relevant and true themes to every audience.
Hannah is a highly sought-after public speaker and communications strategist; she has delivered hundreds of speeches and conducted thousands of interviews across a wide span of organizations, nationally and globally, including Cisco Systems, PPG, Sodexo, Kraft Heinz, Springer Nature, and more. As one of the leading pioneers in the industry, Hannah co-authored Managing Millennials for Dummies in 2017 with her business partner Lisa Walden. They recently released The Future of Work is Human that takes a closer look at how the pandemic will forever change the way we work and lead.

Elliot Eisenberg
Bio
Elliot Eisenberg, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed economist and public speaker specializing in making economics fun, relevant and educational. Dr. Eisenberg earned a B.A. in economics with first class honors from McGill University in Montreal, as well as a Master and Ph.D. in public administration from Syracuse University. Eisenberg is the Chief Economist for GraphsandLaughs, LLC, a Miami-based economic consultancy that serves a variety of clients across the United States. He writes a syndicated column and authors a daily 70-word commentary on the economy that is available at www.econ70.com.
Dr. Eisenberg has spoken hundreds of business groups and associations, serving as keynote speaker on topics including economic forecasts, economic impact of industries such as homebuilding, consequences of government regulation, and other current economic issues. Dr. Eisenberg has been invited to testify before lawmakers and is often asked to comment on proposed legislation. His research and opinions have been featured in Bloomberg Businessweek, Bureau of National Affairs, Forbes, Fortune, and many other publications. He is a regularly featured guest on talk, and public radio.
Dr. Eisenberg was formerly a Senior Economist with the National Association of Home Builders in Washington, D.C. He is the creator of the multifamily stock index (the first nationally recognized index to track the total return of public firms principally involved in the ownership and management of apartments), the author of more than 100 articles, serves on the Expert Advisory Board of Mortgage Market Guide and is a regular consultant to several large real estate professional associations, financial institutions and investment advisory groups.
Elliot’s interests include walking at least five miles a day and reading as many newspapers as he can get his hands on. He loves ice hockey and talking economics with crowds large and small!

Sarah Moe
Bio
Sarah Moe started her career in Sleep Medicine in 2006 and is the Founder and CEO of Sleep Health Specialists, which provides sleep education to businesses and corporations. She was also an Adjunct Professor in the Polysomnography (Sleep) Program at Minneapolis College, and sat on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Sleep Society and the Educational Products committee for the American Association of Sleep Technologists.
For her role in Sleep Education in our workforce, Sarah has been named to the Minnesota Business Magazine's "35 Under 35" 2016, "Most Likely to Succeed- Healthcare Division" finalist in 2017, "Women Who Lead" 2018, the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal's "Women In Business" 2019, the TeamWomen's "WaveMaker Award- Uncharted Territory" finalist, 2019, and the Twin Cities Business Magazine's "Female Entrepreneurs" 2022.
